Catering - Ordering your Child's School Dinner
Ordering and Paying for a School Meal
We have moved to a new school meal ordering system - Blue Runner.
In order to book a meal for your child, you will need to set up an account with Blue Runner and use this in conjunction with your ParentPay account to pay for meals.
All meals must be ordered in advance on Blue Runner, including Universal Infant Free School Meals (children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) and Pupil Premium children.
Parents will need to top up their balance in ParentPay to be able to order, you then need to log into Blue Runner to place the order for your child's meals on the portal.

Meals can be ordered (or cancelled/amended) until 9.00am on the given day. The process to cancel is available if your child is off sick.
Where children take a paid meal, parents/carers will be expected to order and pay in advance for all meals.
Cost of School Meals from September 2025 (increase will take place from 1st November 2025)
The cost of a School dinner is £2.70 per meal for KS2 and FREE for Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children).
The School dinner cost will rise to £2.75 per meal for KS2 from after October half-term 2025. This will also coincide with an updated Menu.
Managing Allergens
It is really important to us that your child's allergies are managed well. Aspens Services Ltd will work closely with parents to ensure all allergy information is captured and managed.
