Ordering and Paying for a School Meal
From the 2nd November 2025, we will be moving to a new school meal ordering system - Cypad, within Parentpay.
All meals must be ordered and paid for in advance through Parentpay, including Universal Infant Free School Meals (children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) and Pupil Premium children.
Meals can be ordered (or cancelled/amended) until 8.00am on the given day. The process to cancel is available if your child is off sick.
If a child is not present for registration, any prebooked meals will automatically be cancelled.
Cost of School Meals from 1st November 2025
The cost of a School dinner is £2.75 per meal for KS2 and FREE for Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children).
Managing Allergens
It is really important to us that your child's allergies are managed well. Aspens Services Ltd will work closely with parents to ensure all allergy information is captured and managed.
