Why are they afraid of the big, bad ….?
We have chosen some of our favourite traditional stories to help us explore this learning question-
In 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' we will be learning all about comparing sizes. In 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff' we will explore building bridges using various materials.
We learn all about growing when reading 'Jack and the Beanstalk' and do lots of baking during the story 'The Gingerbread Man'. When learning about 'The Enormous Turnip' we will make soup, find out about different vegetables and learn how to look after ourselves by keep healthy and eating a balanced diet.
